I've just seen through the gameplay of FNAF 4 and I have a lots of questions... It is completely different then anything we've expected so far. But what is it's real story?

We don't really have lots of answers, only more questions. I've listed mines below, with some possible answer. Comment yours :)

If you haven't seen the game through or don't want to know it yet don't read the following and the comments. It is full of spoilers.

FNAF 4 - Fun with Plushtrap by LadyFiszi

So our hero is a little boy who is abused by his older brother and his friends. They know he is scared of animatronics and they always scare him. In the end, they put him in the mouth of Golden Freddy who unwillingly bites his head.

Okay, that's the story we know for sure.
And here comes the questions:

The boy says that the plushies are his friends but he is still scared of the real animatronics. Any logic?

Why the whole thing takes place in 1983? Isn't it the bite of '87?
(And did th boy died? I guess not, but it really seemed he was dead.)

Does this do anything with the killings? (Which happened later, right?)
My answer for this is no. There are theories that the crying boy (and so his brother) is Purple Guy's kid and he killed the kids as a revenge for his son.
I have several reasons to say no.

- The kids who abused the poor boy were some though bullies and not little children so they wouldn't be easy to lure away in a cute costume. And then ghosts seemed to be younger, like the poor boy here.
And if it happened before the killings, the evil boys just become older.

- Purple Guy seemed enjoying killing those kids. If he would do it as a revenge, he would be angry, not happy. And think about it, it would've mean he had to kill his other son, it would definitely not make him happy.

- I think the 3rd game was completely about the murder and this one has nothing to do with it.

Is this boy the Puppet? Or Shadow Freddy?
I'm just asking. He can be.

What is Plushtrap?
My best answer is that he is only a plushie as we've seen it in one of the minigames. Nothing else. Possible some easter egg, referring to game 3.

Why is Mangle in the house?
Why? :O

Why is the boy so afraid of the animatronics that he has nightmares of them?
Okay, I have a good answer for this one. His brother and his friends could really abuse and scare him a lot. maybe they were make fun of him because of his love for the animatronics and then they turned this love into fear.

- I think the murder of the five children and the bite are two very different, very separated story. They have nothing to do with each other. FNAF 3 was about the murder, FNAF 4 is about the bite.

- I heard that some nights you can see flowers or pills next to the bed. It would explain the nightmares: the minigames are retrospectives, the actual game takes place after the bite. It makes sense!

That's all I could think of so far. Share your ideas with me below! ;)

ok. here is my theory.

its all a dream.

The victim of the bite is in hospital, and is in a coma. He is remembering what he has seen. and turns it into a nightmare, there is proof of this on scotts website. he said "what is seen is easily different in the mind of a child". so hes dreaming about what he had been through. The minigames are the reality, the actual nights are a dream. he dosent know whats going on, but he thinks its all real. in the end of the game, I believe he dies, and the thing that's inside the box, is either him or the truth. As purple guy is trying to bring him back with the souls of the children he has killed.

remember, this is just a theory, and I don't know if its accurate.
